Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. We may adjust the delivery fee if the delivery address is in remote areas, Tung Chung or outlying islands, we will communicate with the customers accordingly.

All purchases of products from CHAPON are non-refundable except for damaged, defective or faulty workmanship items. All refund shall be made within 14 days of the goods’ receipt. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the same transaction method.
