CHAPON Chocolatier was founded in 1985 by Patrice Chapon, who has served for a time as an official ice-cream maker at the Buckingham Palace in UK. The Royal Family was delighted by the delicious tastes of his ice-creams and sorbets. Upon his return to France, his desire to start anew the world of chocolate was growing. Patrice Chapon’s chocolates have won numerous awards. One of his famous creations named ‘Smoked Salt Praline Dome’ had brought him the First Award of Salon du Chocolat as well as the Grand Prix du Chocolat in 2003.
Further, his another creation “Canela” also won the International Chocolate Award Gold Medal in 2020.
